The joy of completing a Tractate is one of the great joys that have everything a true Jewish celebration needs:
difficulty in studying the Torah,
immense satisfaction at the achievement of the perseverance of one page after another,
closing a circle of completion,
and above all a sense of progress.
And of course, a commanded meal סעודת מצוה
On Wednesday, three first-year students
contributed their share to the Yeshiva celebrations
when they completed a Tractate.
For some of them this is the first time.
And so, the excitement is greater.
