The shiur of the Rosh Yeshiva, Rabbi Shenvald to the Elkana youth
In recent times, almost every Saturday evening, Rabbi Shenvald heads to another community and gives a shiur to the youth.
The Rosh Yeshiva sees this as very important for strengthening the youth who are interested in learning Torah.
At each such meeting, dozens of boys and girls arrive and participate for about an hour.
On Saturday night, Rabbi Shenvald was brought to the settlement of Elkana in the Shomron.
The lesson was in preparation for Pesach and dealt with the "fifth son",
which corresponds to the fifth language of Geula, "and I brought", and to the fifth cup: Elijah's cup.
The fifth son is the one who distanced himself from Torah and mitzvot and does not come to the Seder anymore,
and how we must do everything to bring him to come again.
And work to bring him closer all year round.
The Rabbi also told the youth about the activities of the Yeshiva in the city of Modi'in to bring people closer.
